Some of your assessments require the submission of a Video/Audio presentation... This can be created using your own phone or video camera and uploaded... or you can use the inbuilt Video recorder.


The process is reasonably easy (but you will need to have Video and Audio setup to work form whatever device you are using). 


This article describes how to use the Inbuilt Video recorder (which can  be used to record and save  up to 20 minutes of video).


When the assessment requires the submission of a presentation this will be described in the assessment instructions.


When you are ready to record your session from the main assessment page :

  1. Click the Add Submission Button

  2.  This will take you to the Add Submission/ Recorder Screen (like below)... if you simply want to submit a recording you have already made (with your own video tool/s)... scroll to the bottom of the screen and add and submit.

    To create a video recording with the inbuilt video recorder use the following steps :

    If you don't have a picture already, you may need to select Audio/Video sources by clicking the Cog Icons in the bottom right hand corner)

  3. Simply Click on the Red "Video" Icon to start the recording and you can commence you presentation
    The timer at the top will count down from 20 minutes (the maximum recording time)

  4. Click the Pause button to pause the recording... and Record again when you wish to restart

  5. Once you are done, click the Stop button and you will be able to review the recording by clicking the Play button


  6. Click the Save Changes Button to submit the assessment
